Elaine Cheong

Elaine Cheong is a Senior Vice President and commercial banker at Bank of America. She partners closely with founders, private and public companies, and financial sponsors to help businesses scale and thrive. Her clients benefit from a comprehensive suite of banking services, including debt financing, liquidity and risk management solutions, and investment banking support for capital raising in both private and public equity markets, as well as M&A advisory. With 30 years of executive client management experience at global banks across the U.S., Singapore, London, and Australia, Elaine brings valuable expertise in international markets.  She previously led the APAC international banking team for Bank of America helping U.S.-based companies navigate Asia and execute on their growth strategies. 

Elaine is also a passionate advocate of mentorship as a cornerstone of developing future leaders. She actively serves as a mentor to Bank of America’s Breakthrough Lab and is a member of Mentor Connect through the Philadelphia Alliance for Capital and Technologies.
