Jake Marsico

Jake is a creative director and creative technologist focused on designing and developing interactive and immersive art and experiences. His interests lie in projects that embrace “calm technology,” in which people are less occupied by their personal devices and more mindful of their surroundings. Jake has a BA in Religious Studies from George Washington University and a Masters of Tangible Interaction Design from Carnegie Mellon University. He is a member of the CoDe Lab in CMU’s School of Architecture as well as an adjunct instructor at CMU; his courses include “Reactive Spaces and Media Architecture” and “Making Things Interactive.”
