Jeff Dressler

On behalf of SoftBank Group, Jeff Dressler leads global government engagement, drawing on more than a decade of national security experience. He previously served as National Security Advisor to House Speaker Paul Ryan and Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy, and as Professional Staff Member on the House Foreign Affairs Committee focused on terrorism and nonproliferation issues. Prior to working on Capitol Hill, he was Senior Analyst and Team Lead for Afghanistan and Pakistan at the Institute for the Study of War. Mr. Dressler holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Connecticut and serves as a Commissioner on the Congressionally mandated Afghanistan War Commission.
