With over two decades of experience rooted in a diverse technical background—from network engineering to emergency support—Nay combines deep industry knowledge with a customer-centric approach to ensure exceptional outcomes. Nay holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University and is based in Raleigh.
